Step 1: Understanding Your Idea with your teckpack
Every project starts with a conversation.
Some customers send us a detailed tech pack with measurements, materials, and construction drawings. Others simply send a few photos or even a sketch.
No matter where you are in the development process, our experienced sales and product development team works closely with you to understand exactly what you want. We discuss the target market, price range, material options, logo application, colors, functions, and production requirements before moving forward.

Step 2: Selecting the Right Materials
Choosing the right materials is one of the most important parts of backpack making.
We help customers select fabrics, webbing straps, zippers, buckles, lining materials, foam, and accessories based on durability, appearance, and budget.
If you prefer recycled polyester, nylon, canvas, PU, or other materials, we can recommend options that match your product positioning.
If your project requires custom colors or branded accessories, we can also arrange those during sample development, but some may need open the new mould with your logo on it.
Step 3: Pattern Making and Sample Production
Once everything is confirmed with customers, our sample room gets to work.
Our experienced pattern makers carefully create the paper patterns, while skilled sample technicians sew every detail according to the approved specifications.
Unlike mass production, sample making is a process of testing and improving. We pay close attention to pocket sizes, stitching, structure, comfort, and overall appearance to ensure the backpack performs exactly as expected.

Step 4: Quality Inspection Before Shipping
Before every sample leaves our factory, it goes through an internal quality inspection.
Our QC team checks stitching quality, measurements, logo placement, hardware, functionality, and overall workmanship. Small details make a big difference, especially when you're preparing for buyer presentations or retail approval.
If we discover anything that can be improved, we'll fix it before shipping the sample.
